Banning of Tenant Fees – The Debate

I’m travelling up and down the country, talking to other agents about the effects of the ban on tenant fees, because we’ve got to be on top of this. It’s come out of nowhere, but what can we put in place to deal with it?

Tenant fees are coming in at 10- 25% of agents turnover, so we’ve got a real issue, we NEED to replace those fees somewhere to stay in business. It’s important that we start talking about it.
