Concentric came to the property market with the main focus on compliance and service for the investor landlords, with key experts at the head of each branch. The majority of the franchisees’ clients are attracted by the huge online presence of Concentric, having acted as a pioneer business within the property sector for building a digital brand.

Most of the franchisees that have joined the Concentric network are landlord investors themselves with various specialities, from LHAs to HMOs.

The franchise support and management team at Concentric HQ handles the back-end of the network, including training, property management and client accounting. This means that the front-end branch owners and staff can concentrate on giving great service, building their businesses and offering high-level advice to their customers.

The Concentric network continues to grow rapidly, with properties registered under its management rapidly increasing in number across the group.
